  • Hello, I currently reside in the USA but have a German birth certificate that I want to use in China for purposes of a deed title transfer of property in China from my mother to me. Is there a way to make this birth certificate legally useful in China? And, is there a way to certify/ authenticate this birth certificate from the US without going to Germany? Thanks
